Located between LaHave and Petite Riviere, off of Highway 331. A great spot to go for a swim or to relax on a hot summer's day.
RISSERS BEACH:
Located just outside of Petite Riviere, off of Highway 331, it is a great beach to go swimming at, or to relax at. The beach also has a scenic boardwalk and a campground for campers or anyone interested in camping.
MAHONE BAY'S FAMOUS THREE CHURCHES:
Located along Edgewater Street in Mahone Bay are Mahone Bay's famous icon, the three churches; a popular tourist attraction.

OVEN'S NATURAL PARK:
This beautiful park is located near Riverport on the Ovens Road in Feltzen South.
ROSS FARM MUSEUM:
This nice old fashion museum is off of Highway 12 in New Ross.
SOUTH SHORE IN MOTION:
Come check out this popular annual event from August 10th to 12th at the South Shore Exhibition Grounds in Bridgewater.

LAHAVE RIVER:
This beautiful scenic river runs from the mouth of the river in LaHave all the way inland to New Germany, with it's source in Annapolis County. It is 97 km long.
PARKDALE MAPLEWOOD COMMUNITY MUSEUM:
Located at 3005 Barss Corner Road in Maplewood, this is a nice and local based museum.
TANCOOK MUSEUM:
This old museum is located on Big Tancook Island, and is accessible by ferry.
WILE CARDING MILL MUSEUM:
This historic museum is located at 242 Victoria Road in Bridgewater.
HIGHWAY 325 AND 324 INTERSECTION:
This 4 way intersection in Blockhouse, has 2 highways intersecting, Highway 325 from Mahone Bay to Bridgewater and Highway 324 from Blockhouse to Lunenburg.
HIGHWAY 103:
This is the south shore's busiest highway running from Yarmouth to Halifax, 300 km long, and also has a lot of accidents compared to any other highway in the province. Shown here is the sign to Exit 11 in Blockhouse.
